Most people who become infected experience mild illness and recover, but it can be more severe for others. The coronavirus, the stock market, “social distancing”, the closing of schools, colleges, businesses, theme parks, theaters, the prestigious premier league, Laliga Santander, the Italian serial A, and even the NBA.
The world seems to be all reactive and in shock. We deem it fit to share some tips on how to stay safe from the dreaded coronavirus (Covid 19). Take care of your health and protect others by doing the following:
Wash your hands:
Frequently wash your hands thoroughly with an alcohol-based hand rub sanitizer or wash them thoroughly with soap and water. Washing your hands with soap and water or using alcohol-based hand rub sanitizer kills viruses that may be on your hands posing a risk of ill health.
Maintain social distancing:
Maintain at least 1 meter (3 feet) distance between yourself and anyone who is coughing or sneezing. Keeping at least 1 to 2 meters distance away from anyone sneezing or coughing will go along away in protecting you and your family from the deadly virus. When someone coughs or sneezes they spray small liquid droplets from their nose or mouth which may contain the virus. If you are too close, you can breathe in the droplets, including the COVID-19 virus if the person coughing has the disease. Stay SAFE, Your Health is in Your Hands.
Keep your Temperature in check:
Always check your temperature and ensure it is not more than required. Consult your doctor. Body Temperature trends revolve around 35 to 36.5 oC, anything above this you will need to consult your doctor for further advice and precautions.
Stay safe and healthy, practice the health tips to keep you and your family in good health. Remember to watch your hands regularly with soap and water. Your health is in your hands. Make use of hand sanitizer as often as possible.
Home Cleaning Tips:
The home is the last resort after the day’s hard job and busy activities. Knowingly and unknowingly we must have used our hands in having handshakes with friends and colleagues, touching or handling various items without washing to handle our door hand key knobs, our hand’s rails, taps heads, fridge handles and other sensitive parts in our sitting to bedrooms and various convenience around the home. As a result of this, we need to do frequent cleaning of these parts using E-Cloth with drops sanitizers to make the home healthy for our loved ones. Your health is your wealth.
